Sterling, in cooperation with RI Economic Growth Corporation, Rock Island and Moline, received Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSP2) grant funds from HUD.  The City of Sterling's portion is nearly $2.7m to use toward abandoned and foreclosed properties. 

To administer the funds, the City of Sterling also needs professional services from architects, engineers, appraisers, real estate agents, and title companies.

If you are interested in being a contractor for these services, please complete the appropriate form: 

SUBMISSIONS BEGIN April 15 and must be postmarked by May 1, 2010.
