The Sterling Police Department will be participating in the
nationwide Click It or Ticket Campaign
May 24 –
June 6, 2004.
During this time
officers will be conducting saturation patrol and issuing
citations to unrestrained motorists.
I.M.a.G.E.
(Integrated Mini Grant Enforcement):
The Sterling Police Department
received a grant funded by the Illinois Department of
Transportation for the purpose of “hiring back” officers to
enforce speed, safety belt and child restraint, and impaired
driving laws. The next I.M.a.G.E. campaign is
