provides most of the "bricks and mortar" services for citizens. These services
include Public Works, Wastewater Treatment, Parks and Public Spaces, Solid Waste
Collection, Code Enforcement, Planning and Zoning, and City Shop.
The Community Services
Department also runs the ever-popular 50/50
Sidewalk
Replacement Program.
