- Building Permits
for new construction and additions are based on
the type of construction, the use group of the building and the
unit rate cost per square feet as provided by 2003 International
Building Codes.
- Remodeling Permits and Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC Permits
are based on the actual cost of the work
- Occupancy Permits are $5 per residential unit and $10 for
commercial and industrial structures
- Curb Cut Permits are $10. There is a $50 refundable curb
deposit for new construction
- Street Excavation Permits are $50 top
Zoning Fee Schedule
- Zoning changes and Special Use Permits are $150 plus the cost for
all notices and certified mailings
- Planned Unit Development (PUD) fees are $100 for the first acre
and $50 for each additional acre
- Subdivision fees are $100 for the first 5-acres, plus $5 per lot
- Stormwater and Erosion Control fees are based upon the actual cost
of the review and are billed to the owner or developer top

not less than 8 feet from any building on the lot. Additional considerations must be made
for overhead electrical service and any underground utilities. Pools that are 24" in
