Contracts/Reports

Finance and Administration oversee several contracts and reports for the City. 

Each year, the City is required to produce a Treasurer's Report per State Statute.

Each year, following the audit, the City must submit an Annual Financial Report to the State Comptroller.

The City Manager coordinates the negotiation of two Collective Bargaining Agreements; one with the firefighters and one with the police officers. 

Other employees are covered under the Personnel Plan and the Step & Grade pay plan system.
